The Appraisal Institute Education Trust offers a variety of scholarships:

Appraisal Institute Education Trust Scholarship		Minority and Women Scholarships
This scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic excellence and is intended to help finance the education endeavors of individuals concentrating in real estate appraisal, land economics, real estate or allied fields. Minority and Women Regional Scholarship Program This scholarship is awarded to associate members who are active in appraising and need financial assistance to take Appraisal Institute courses leading to the SRA or MAI designations. Minority and Women Educational Scholarship Program This scholarship is awarded to minority and women college students pursuing academic degrees in real estate appraisal or related fields.
